Controller and contact

FreeGenDoc — publisher and contact for your personal data: Mustapha. contact@freegendoc.com.

Data, purposes and legal bases

Handling your requests and securing the service rely on the legitimate interest in responding and protecting the site. Requested technical functions use information needed to run them. Optional statistics, advertising and email communications rely on your consent where required.

Site functions and minimisation

Generators process documents and images in your browser. Browsing still requires hosting requests, which may contain the IP address, browser, URL and time. The publisher does not receive documents through these generators; avoid sending sensitive attachments by email.

Cookies, storage and optional services

No optional advertising or audience-measurement script is activated in this published configuration. External links do not by themselves activate a tracker on our site; a destination applies its own policy after a click. Any future consent-requiring trackers must be preceded by an appropriate choice.

Retention and deletion

Tool fields and previews are held while in use; downloaded files remain under your control. Any local site data can be removed in browser settings. Hosting logs and email exchanges are separate from local documents or calculations.

The actual configured retention of hosting logs, emails and any third-party services remains to be verified by the publisher. We do not assign an unverified numerical period. Contact us for the period applying to your request.

Contact and email communications

The newsletter request button prepares an email in your own mail application. Nothing is sent automatically: you must send that email. The publisher and mail provider then receive your address and message. Request that communications stop or data be deleted at contact@freegendoc.com.

Recipients and international transfers

Depending on functions used and your choices, recipients include the publisher and Hostinger and the email provider. Some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Contracting entities, regions and transfer safeguards depend on actual contracts and settings and remain to be confirmed by the publisher. We do not promise exclusively European processing.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the processing and applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent. Send your request to contact@freegendoc.com. The GDPR response period is generally one month, subject to its regulated extensions. Do not attach identity documents unless needed and specifically requested.

You may complain to the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, workplace or place of the alleged infringement, including the CNIL in France or the Autorité de protection des données in Belgium.

Publisher information awaiting validation

The published contact name is Mustapha. Publisher status, full legal identity, applicable postal contact details and contractual retention and transfer settings remain to be validated. This notice is not a compliance certification.
